Hummingbirds are truly amazing. These pictures show a hummingbird nest and the growth of babies from nest, egg to fledge and flight.  This took 24 days.

Click on NEXT PAGE at the bottom of each page; there are 5 pages in all.
The photography is wonderful. Go digital!

Bridge in Canada

Bridge in Canada

This is the turn-off at Banff, Alberta, Canada to the #1 highway to
Great picture isn’t it?

They had to build the animals (especially the elk)  their own bridge because that was where their natural crossing was. After the highway was built there were far too many animals killed.
It didn’t take the animals long to learn that this was their very own bridge!
And you have some people who say ‘Animals are stupid’. Oh really….?

Stock Market Cautions

Normally I avoid discussing any advice regarding buying or selling of stocks, but I felt this is important enough to share and warn you since this explosive situation might prove to be yet another ENRON.

Please review any holdings you might have in the following stocks: American Can, Interstate Water, National Gas Company, Northern Tissue Company.

Due to uncertain market conditions, I advise you to sit tight on your American Can, hold your Water, and let go of your Gas. You may be interested to know that Northern Tissue touched a new bottom today, and millions were wiped clean.

It’s a tough market out there. Be careful!

Animal love

I’m not able to get this video to insert.  I hope you will take the time to go to this site to view this wonderful show of love.  If you have them, turn your speakers on.

A lion had been abused and then rescued by a woman who took care of the injured, malnourished animal.  It had been near death at the time of rescue.  When he was recovered, she called the local zoo.  They took him in.  The video is the lion’s reaction when he saw his rescuer for the first time after moving to the zoo.  Such love and tenderness from a wild animal is a joy to see.

The note I had said this took place in South America, but that has not been confirmed.  If anyone has an update, please let me know.
