I visited the Cheetah Cubs at the zoo. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get any good pictures of them. As soon as I do, I will post them.
Their names are Amani (meaning “peace”) and Moja (meaning “one”) . They are adorable. They were born in April and are growing fast. Not as fast as they can run, but fast. They can run up to speeds of 65 mph and are considered the fastest of all the mammals.
Cheetahs are part of the species survival plan and we are very excited to have them at our zoo.
